In Aaquaries Global Industries Limited, Dr Sameer Talim is spearheading the marketing operation of the Company He is a far sighted individual with excellent business development skills with hands on knowledge of directing the activities of all projects. Excellent knowledge of supporting the company’s strategic alliances and participating in marketing strategies. Dr Sameer Talim is a strategist and a leader able to steer Aaquaries Global Industries Limited to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals. Mr Ravi Kumar (Independent Director) He has received his MA from Patna University. Hands-on experience in supervising employees across different departments in order to facilitate the process of production and marketing and Exports. A results-driven, self-motivated and resourceful director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency.
Dr Sushmita Nayak (Independent Director) Dr. Sushmita Nayak Specializes in microbial and molecular biology techniques related to Bacterial Quorum Sensing and Anti Microbial Resistance. Dr. Sushmita Nayak has experience in scientific journal writing and have extensively worked in the field of novel drug discovery and multiple drug-resistant bacteria. Right now, Sushmita is looking to delve into a different field of therapeutics research using my knowledge of microbes and pathogenesis pathway.

CA Nitesh Sampat (Chief Financial Officer) Mr. Sampat has rich and varied experience of over 25 years in managing financial operations, across industry sectors, and in large organizations. These included major capital mobilizations, financial structuring, and turnarounds, investor relations, joint ventures, improvement of systems, reporting processes, and controls, in both established and Greenfield projects. As a member of the senior management team, he has played a key role in the growth of the organizations he has been involved with. A seasoned professional & Qualified Chartered Accountant Mr. Sampat primary day-to-day responsibility is for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. He is directly responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance, and private and institutional financing. started his career with Abbot India Limited, a company where he gained deep insight into the pharmaceutical industry.
Mr Dilip Sakaria (Chief Executive Officer) Mr. Sakaria is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience. Prior to joining Aaquaries, he worked in different capacities and leadership roles in reputed pharma companies where he had a successful tenure with oversight of the company's formulation technical operations and Supply Chain. Mr. Sakaria is presently heading the Company’s Global Pharma Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions. He is a Postgraduate in Commerce from Mumbai University and holds a PG diploma in Computer Systems & Management. He has worked extensively in multicultural global business leadership roles in many countries, including, across wide-ranging domains such as business revitalization; change management; in-licensing/out-licensing of technologies and products; the creation and implementation of long term strategies. A seasoned professional, he is adept at managing large business teams across key functions of Marketing, Business Development, and Corporate Strategy.
Mrs Kamakshi Prabhakar (Chief Admin & Human Resources) A competent professional with 26 years of extensive experience working in the pharmaceutical Industry handling HR Management, General Administration, Training & Development, Training Development, and project management. Extensive experience in managing operations of large groups with demonstrated leadership qualities & organizational skills. An enterprising leader with the ability to motivate personnel towards achieving organizational objectives and adhering to industry best practices.
CS Ashish Mishra (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer) CS Ashish Mishra, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and an LL.B. from the University of Mumbai. He has independently and efficiently handled compliance(s) with various provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Takeover Code, and Listing Agreement and worked in listed companies earlier before joining the Company. Presently he is responsible for secretarial and compliance matters of our Company.
